NEET (UG)

Exam Pattern Overview: NEET (UG) consists of 200 questions (180 to be attempted) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The question paper is divided into two sections: Section A with 35 questions and Section B with 15 questions (only 10 to be attempted). The exam is conducted offline (pen and paper mode), and is 3 hours 20 minutes long. Each correct answer gets 4 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for incorrect responses. Exam Description: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) is a single entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other medical courses in India. It is mandatory for students seeking admission to government or private medical colleges. NEET ensures a fair and standardized selection process for medical aspirants across the country. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed or be appearing in the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. Minimum age is 17 years as of December 31 in the year of admission. No upper age limit for NEET UG.
